'Why am I waiting longer for my order than predicted?'
This has two reasons. The first being that the shown delivery times at the product page only apply to deliveries within The Netherlands. Delivery times to your country can therefore vary from the period indicated at the product page. The second reason is that we don't have large numbers of Art Prints in stock. We do our best to keep everything in stock, but when demand is high, we will have to order a new load of Prints at the printing office. We strive to limit waiting times to a maximum of 14 days, but we try to avoid this and hope you will understand.
'Can I also buy the book in which the illustration of my Art Print was published?'
At this moment it's not (yet) possible to order books at the Mark Janssen Shop. However, you can find the title and ISBN number at the product page of an Art Print in which the illustration was published. If you would like to buy a book, you will have to order it at a different store.
'Can I also buy an Art Print of an illustration which is not offered in the Mark Janssen Shop, but I did see in a picture book or on Mark Janssen's social media?'

'Do you ship the Art Prints worldwide, and if so, what are the shipping costs?'
Yes, we have worldwide shipping with Track & Trace through PostNL. The shipping rates are:
- The Netherlands: €6,95
- Belgium, Germany, Luxemburg: €13,00
- Other countries: €24,30
Please note that the estimated delivery time indicated at the product page only applies to shipments within The Netherlands.
'Which payment options can I use?'
It is possible to pay with iDeal, Bancontact and PayPal.
'Do I have warranty on the Art Prints?
The Art Prints are printed using the best ink and paper, so under normal circumstances (room temperature, daylight, but no direct sunlight) we can guarantee colour fastness for years. However, you are yourself responsible for keeping these circumstances optimal and therefore we cannot give warranty on the Art Prints. Extremely high temperatures and constant direct sunlight can influence the colour fastness and colour intensity.
'What are the shipping costs when I order multiple Art Prints?'
The shipping costs remain the same as for one single Art Print. We make sure that all ordered Art Prints are shipped and delivered at your address in one package.
'Does the Art Print come with a frame or passe-partout?'
No, the Art Print does not come with a frame nor with a passe-partout. This way one can fully frame and customize their Art Print to their own taste.
'How is the Art Print packaged and shipped?'
The Art Prints are securely packed by hand with cardboard or in cardboard envelopes. We try to limit bending of the package in transport, so that the Art Print will be delivered in the best state. The Art Prints are shipped using PostNL and has track & trace.

'Ik hecht geen waarde aan het signeren van de Art Print. Kan ik ook een ongesigneerde Art Print kopen?'
Ja, dat is mogelijk. Noteer bij het afrekenen uw wens in het tekstvak 'Notes about this order'.
'Waarom moet ik langer wachten dan staat aangegeven?'
De Art Prints liggen in kleine oplage in archief. Wij doen er alles aan om de voorraad op niveau te houden, maar bij drukte moet een nieuwe lichting besteld worden bij de drukkerij. We streven er in dat geval naar de wachttijd niet langer te laten oplopen dan 14 dagen. Wij doen er alles aan om dit te vermijden en hopen op uw begrip.
'Kan ik ook het boek kopen waar de illustratie van mijn Art Print in is gepubliceerd?'
Op dit moment is het (nog) niet mogelijk om via de Mark Janssen Shop boeken te bestellen. Bij de bronvermelding van de gekozen illustratie staat titel en ISBN nummer van het boek waar de illustratie in is gepubliceerd. U dient via andere kanalen het boek te kopen indien gewenst.
'Kan ik ook een illustratie kopen die niet in de Mark Janssen Shop wordt aangeboden, maar die ik wel in een (prenten)boek of via social media van Mark Janssen heb gezien?'

'Ik heb een Art Print besteld en ontvangen, maar wil graag ruilen met een andere illustratie. Is dat mogelijk?'
Nee, dat is helaas niet mogelijk.
'Heb ik garantie op de Art Print?'
De Art Prints worden geprint met de beste inkten en we gebruiken het beste papiersoort. Onder normale omstandigheden (kamertemperatuur en normaal daglicht), kunnen wij een jarenlange kleurechtheid waarborgen. Deze omstandigheden moet u echter zelf optimaal houden en derhalve kunnen wij geen garantie geven. Extreem hoge temperaturen en constant zonlicht kunnen van invloed zijn op de kleurechtheid- en intensiteit.
'Wat zijn de verzendkosten als ik meerdere Art Prints bestel?'
De verzendkosten blijven hetzelfde en éénmalig. Wij zorgen er voor dat alle bestelde Art Prints in één verpakking worden verzonden naar het door u opgegeven adres.
'Wordt de Art Print met passe-partout en/of met lijst geleverd?'
Nee, de Art Print wordt geleverd zonder passe-partout en zonder lijst. U kunt daarmee de Art Print volledig naar eigen smaak omkaderen.
'Hoe wordt de Art Print ingepakt en verzonden?'
De Art Print wordt handmatig stevig ingepakt met karton en/of met kartonnen envelop. We doen er zo veel mogelijk aan om buigen of vouwen tijdens transport te voorkomen zodat de Art Print in optima forma bij u aankomt.
De Art Print wordt verzonden met Post NL met track- en tracenummer. Bij kalamiteiten en/of buiten proportie lange wachttijd kunt u zich via mail melden zodat we voor u het postpakket kunnen traceren.
